Still today the most effective way to fill key positions. For a small up-front ‘commitment’ fee, ESS International will commit to finding your enterprise the very best options from the market place. With regular reporting and full feedback in the selection process, this is the most effective way to be sure you have found the best person available in the market place, without the hassles of having to manage the process yourself.


Contingency Search

One of the most common forms of recruitment today and whilst not as effective or as efficient as retained search, it can be a good way to source multiple, lower level positions. ESS International works on a contingency basis with a small number of partner companies, but usually this level of search is used as part of an on-going partnership.

The usual problem encountered with this type of search is that with a lack of commitment from the enterprise, the recruiting partner also shows a lack of commitment, usually accompanied with a lack of performance and poor quality of service. ESS International prides itself on being totally professional in the way it conducts contingency searches and where possible and appropriate, will take ‘Exclusive Contingency’ contracts, which will be treated very similarly to full executive search.
